Meet the girl behind the cart!
Brooke Shaeffer is the owner and operator of Bliss Cookie Cart. She started Bliss in April of 2022 at just 19 years old. Brooke has always loved baking! Her passion for baking started when she was young and would make sweet treats for her grandpa. She has loved turning a hobby into her very own small business. It is one of her greatest joys to bring something sweet to all her clients. Brooke is excited to see how Bliss Cookie Cart continues to grow.
